Maricio's has been open since January 2005 under the name Tomaso's. In 2011, the basement remodel was finished and named The Underground; a second dining room including a bar and an area for private parties. In 2012, the owners decided it was time to leave the Tomaso's franchise and create their own identity: Maricio's in Barton. Same owners, same awesome staff, and same great food. Maricio's!
